P2 QR Legal Center

P2 QR, operated by P2 Platforms LLC ("P2 Platforms", "we"), is queue-management software for walk-in businesses. A business displays a rotating QR code on a physical kiosk screen; their customers scan it to join a live digital line with no account or app download required. The QR code refreshes every 60 seconds specifically so a screenshot or a code shared with someone not physically present cannot be used to join.

Subscription pricing is shown in full on our pricing page: Starter at $29/month (1 location), Pro at $79/month (up to 5 locations), and Custom pricing for larger needs (contact us). New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card is required to begin a trial, and nothing is charged until a business affirmatively subscribes.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. P2 Platforms never receives or stores your card number.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard's billing portal, with no cancellation fee. Canceling stops future billing; it does not end your current paid period early. Access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier's limits.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including when a subscription is canceled partway through a paid month. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below and we'll review it.

Your account, business information, and any locations you've already created remain accessible after cancellation. Creating additional locations beyond the free tier's limit requires an active paid plan.

These Interim Terms govern your use of P2 QR while the product operates in its early-access period, and remain in force until superseded by full Terms of Service. By creating a business account you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the business information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for the accuracy of what your account displays to your customers (business name, location names and addresses, queue status). P2 Platforms may suspend accounts for fraudulent signups, abuse of the trial period (including duplicate signups to repeatedly avoid payment), or non-payment.

These Interim Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which P2 Platforms LLC is organized, to be specified upon formation.

When you sign up, we collect your email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), business name, and optionally a phone number. We log the IP address of new signups solely to detect trial abuse (e.g. one person creating many accounts to repeatedly claim free trials) — this log is reviewed by P2 Platforms staff, not shared externally.

We do not sell or rent your business's information to third parties. Billing and payment details are held entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy, not by P2 Platforms.

This section covers a different group of people: the walk-in customers who scan your kiosk's QR code to join a queue. When someone joins, we collect their name (required), and — only if they choose to provide it — an email address and/or phone number.

Email, if provided, is used solely to send a "you're up" notification when they're called. Phone numbers are currently collected for a planned text-message alert feature that is not yet active — no SMS is sent today regardless of whether a phone number is on file. Neither is used for marketing, and neither is sold to third parties.

This customer data belongs to, and is controlled by, the business operating that location — P2 Platforms processes it on the business's behalf to run the queue, not for our own purposes. It's retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the queue and provide support, then may be deleted.

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. P2 Platforms never sees or stores full card numbers. All traffic to and from P2 QR is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
